大概Apple以為所有locate在香港的人（包括居於香港的歐美人仕）都不會看英文，只會看中文，所以就算我install時選了英文，用的又是英文版Windows，iTunes 5.0還是要逼我用中文介面，還好，早有網友找到「破解」之法：

Changing iTunes 5.0 back to English

  1. Start the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del, find iTuneHelper.exe under the Process tab, and end that process
  2. Start Windows Explorer, go to the directory containing iTunes, say C:\Program files\iTunes
    You will find 3 sub-directories there: iTunes.Resources, iTunesHelper.Resources and iTunesMiniPlayer.Resources
  3. Under each of these 3 sub-directories, there are a number of sub-directories starting with 2-alphabet country code. I delete all these sub-directories except en.lproj.
  4. Repeat the deletion for the said iTunes*.Resources sub-directories, and those in C:\Program files\iPod
  5. Reboot
